Groupe Lauzon is looking for a Controller for its Audi Blainville dealership. Reporting to the Finance and Accounting Manager, the Controller will supervise a team of 2 people.

The candidate must have solid experience of the full accounting cycle and strong analytical skills. He/she must be a good communicator in order to implement and improve processes with our various departments.

Responsibilities:

- Perform bank reconciliation and cash monitoring;
- Ensure timely production of monthly financial statements;
- Work with all departments to support them in accounting tasks and issues;
- Monitor and analyze schedules on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Produce analysis reports for management;
- Participate in the implementation of various projects;
- Participate in the physical inventory process and reconcile inventories;
- Ensure accuracy of sales records;
- Perform any other tasks as required by the department.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controller in a car dealership;
- Knowledge of Excel: intermediate to advanced;
- Knowledge of SERTI (an asset);
- Management, communication and teamwork skills.
