Controller

Chambly Honda and Upper Richelieu Volkswagen is currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our team.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the owner, the incumbent will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting and analysis of financial activities.

Duties:

- Perform full cycle accounting;
- Prepare monthly financial statements;
- Analyze financial information and make necessary recommendations;
- Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget;
- Coordinate GST, HST and QST reporting;
- Prepare year-end files for external auditors;
- Ensure continuous improvement of financial and accounting activities by making recommendations and establishing work methods;
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and collection;
- Perform weekly payroll;
- Etc.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years experience in a similar position;
- Functional bilingualism.

- Person demonstrating great autonomy, responsible and innovative;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Team player.
