The ideal candidate will be dynamic, professional and goal oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Within the scope of his work, he will have to accomplish the following tasks:

    • Take service appointments;
    • Identify, establish and analyze customer needs;
    • Coordinate and manage the work schedule of technicians according to priorities;
    • Advise customer and suggest manufacturers recommended maintenance;
    • Consult and sell the various services offered;
    • Open and close repair vouchers;
    • Monitor progress status of works with clients;
    • Monitor warranty claims and insurance records;
    • Perform various administrative duties related to customer service;
    • Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of after sales service.

Here is the profile we are looking for:

    • 3 years of experience in a similar position;
    • Good knowledge of basic principles in mechanics;
    • Competencies in recreational vehicles (an asset);
    • Service Advisor training (an asset).
