We are currently looking for a Manager for our clothing and accessories boutique sales team (helmets, gloves, coats, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the sales and cashier team and develop the department in line with objectives;
- Motivate and encourage the team to excel by creating a positive, performance-oriented work environment;
- Train and coach employees on best sales techniques and products;
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and internal procedures;
- Greet, answer questions and advise customers on technical specifications, product quality and materials;
- Participate in maximizing store performance and ensure that visual guidelines (merchandise display) are respected, promotions are well presented and shelves are well stocked;
- Follow up on invoices and departmental layaway as well as complaints;
- Maintain inventory and place orders with various manufacturers;
- Plan work schedules and ensure distribution of the department's various tasks;
- Perform all related tasks.
Job requirements:
- Solid experience in a similar position;
- Recognized leadership and motivational skills;
- Results-oriented and responsive;
- Excellent knowledge of the recreational vehicle industry;
- Comfortable communicating in French and English.
