Spinelli Honda Lachine is looking for a Service Manager to join its large dealership.
Established since 1922, Spinelli has 10 dealerships and 3 body shops. More than 500 employees ensure the smooth operation of the company. You will find the opportunities, resources and support you need to grow and develop professionally.

Primary Duties:
- Lead a team to achieve departmental performance goals.
- Ensure that customers receive service and hospitality according to Spinelli standards
- Motivate and inspire your team with a clear vision and purpose
- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff
- Promote a safe work environment
- Maximize profits and achieve sales and transactional goals

Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management capacity;
- Possess problem solving skills;
- Ability to respond and make decisions.
- Excellent work planning and organization skills;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism: excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written
