Arnold Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac is looking for a Service Advisor to ensure quality service for our customers. We need your interpersonal skills and expertise to strengthen our existing team and provide customers with a positive experience.
Duties:
- Greet the customer and take charge of the work to be done on the vehicle, from opening to closing the work order;
- Take a customer-oriented approach, listening and understanding needs in order to offer the right options;
- Explain vehicle work and costs;
- Ensure effective follow-up and communication between the work team and customers;
- Communicate by telephone, e-mail and text message to ensure proper follow-up with customers;
- Evaluate work and ensure that everything is in hand so that the workshop carries out the work within the prescribed deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor;
- Courtesy and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on situations and needs;
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive parts and accessories;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good oral and written French;
- Ability to adapt and multitask.

- Salary starting at $24.82 per hour;
