Credit Repair Specialist

We are looking for a Financing Specialist with excellent knowledge of 2nd chance credit.

Being part of a group of dealerships, which has now been working closely with the automaker for over 20 years, enables us to make real comparisons and benefit from each other's experience in order to achieve our objectives.

It also gives us access to high technology and specialized resources, such as:

- A human resources department;
- A warranty claims specialist;
- An appointment center;
- A web Specialist;
- A Senior Accountant.

Salary and benefits:

- Salary between $100,000 and $150,000 per year including commissions and bonuses;
- Full group insurance;

Responsibilities:

- Process and respond to web financing requests;
- Accompany and advise customers throughout the sales process, from financing to delivery;
- Process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly through financing sources for approval;
- Negotiate with financial institutions in the event of refusal, and if necessary, submit the file to his/her superior for negotiation of special conditions;
- Understand and comply with federal, provincial and municipal regulations affecting new car, used car and finance departments;
- Provide outstanding customer service based on listening and customer satisfaction;
- Explain product performance, operation and benefits to potential customers;
- Describe any optional equipment the customer may wish to purchase;
- Monitor the readiness of the vehicle sold and ensure that the file is in line with the agreement reached;
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer, as required;
- Carry out any follow-up required after the sale.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of 2nd and 3rd chance credit;
- Ability to sell various ''F&I'' products;
- Experience in customer service;
- Excellent communicator;
- Ability to listen and ask the right questions;
- Customer service oriented;
- Computer skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
