We work with 19 financial institutions, offering regular and specialized credit with a variety of customized financing plans, and an on-site registration service.

Main responsibility:

- Welcome WI and RDV BDC customers, establishing a relationship of trust;
- Ask the right questions and listen to customers' needs;
- Collect credit information and analyze the file;
- Propose the right auto loan to fit the customer's budget;
- Work collaboratively and maintain constant communication with customers and lenders;
- Offer customers the vehicle that suits their budget;
- Ensure compliance of files with applicable laws and procedures;
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer.

Job requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in the pre-owned vehicle industry;
- Proven experience in managing specialized credit files (2nd and 3rd);
- Ability to sell vehicles;
- Exceptional customer service;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Well-structured, rigorous, consistent, motivated and dynamic.

Software: knowledge of Activix, Lucy, Dealertrack and Lautopak will be considered an asset.

Compensation and benefits:

- Highly stimulating compensation plan based on results and performance;
- Flexible and competitive schedule (day, evening until 8pm, Saturday 1 out of 2 and we close at 3pm);
- Sundays closed
