Sales Team Coach ("DESK")

Montréal à LaSalle is looking to add a Sales Team Coach ("DESK") to its current team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, like the Coach of a sports team, the person will be focused on the actions of each team member, is alert to sales activities and knows how to bring out the best in each of them.

Always ready to contribute, the candidate:

- Leads the team of consultants;
- Ensures product knowledge is mastered;
- Works to perfect all stages of the automotive sales cycle;
- Participates in the preparation of offers and collaborates in transactions between the advisor and customers;
- Reconciles traffic records, identifies opportunities and ensures customer retention;
- Makes every advisor who is with a customer his/her priority.

Desired skills:

- Inspiring and mobilizing leadership
- Sales management experience in the automotive industry;
- Ability to share knowledge;
- Bilingual, excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
