Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and open the work order;
- Answer telephone calls;
- Proceed with scheduling appraisal and repair appointments;
- Follow up on the work done;
- Carry out billing and explain the costs;
- Advise the customer on the care to be given to their vehicle.
- Provide high-level technical support to customers;
- Assist customers with technical queries and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Use Gem-car or other technical software to manage daily operations;
- Ensure quality customer service by responding to customer needs and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.

Requirements:

- Bilingual (French and English);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry;
- Working knowledge of Gem-car or similar technical software;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working conditions:

- Full-time (40 hours per week);
