As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with our company and provide administrative support to the entire organization.

- Good communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Organized;
- Resistant to stress;
- Reliability.
Knowledge of software (an asset):
- CDK;
- EasyDeal.
Job description:
- Greet customers;
- Answer and transfer telephone calls;
- Provide basic information to callers and visitors;
- Perform data entry tasks;
- Assist with office tasks such as filing;
- Ensure reception is tidy and presentable.
