YOUR MISSION:

- Greet customers;
- Answer calls;
- Listen and analyze customer needs, explain necessary repairs;
- Transfer information between technicians and customers;
- Sell various services: after-sales and prevention services;
- Build customer loyalty;
- Make estimates for repairs;
- Determine whether repairs are within warranty limits;
- Follow up repairs on a systematic basis and keep customers informed of repair progress.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Excellent command of spoken and written French;
- Interpersonal skills and patience;
- Transparent when communicating with customers;
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- Versatility and ability to handle several files at once;
- Ability to prioritize and organize;
- Relevant experience in automotive mechanics.
