Parts Clerk

The parts department needs one more player on its team!

Duties:

- Greet customers in person;
- Inform customers about mechanical parts and accessories in a courteous manner;
- Sell parts over the counter or by telephone;
- Research parts and accessories appropriate to the customer's needs;
- Serve technicians and order parts;
- Receive parts orders;
- Prepare shipments;
- Ensure parts area is clean and orderly;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by the Department Manager.

Requirements:

- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Comfortable dealing with the public/customer service;
- Knowledge of GM vehicle parts (an asset);
- Knowledge or experience with heavy vehicles (an asset);
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Ability to speak English (an asset).
