Job description
A major group is looking for a Parts Clerk.
The auto Parts Clerk is responsible for greeting customers at the counter, answering the phone, researching parts requested by the customer, informing the customer of their cost and availability, and delivering the parts. The candidate is responsible for invoicing, establishing the pick-up method and receiving payment. The Parts Clerk must provide excellent customer service at all times.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service on the phone and at the counter;
- Ensure that customers are served promptly;
- Communicate with customers when necessary to resolve issues as quickly as possible;
- Knowledge of the Serti computer system (an asset).
