Financial & Insurance Manager

Job description:

Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent is looking for a Financial Services Advisor (F&I). We currently have a Financial & Insurance Manager - F&I for the dealership, but we want to add an additional position due to the strong increase in sales and new projects coming up.

Main responsibilities:

- Work closely with supervisor and dealership to set sales department objectives and ensure their achievement;
- Establish and maintain good business relationships with several financing sources, including manufacturers and their financial subsidiaries;
- Ensure the accuracy of information on the sales or lease contract (taxes, signatures, vehicle descriptions, etc.);
- Collaborate and maintain constant communication with customers and banks.
- Ensure compliance of files, according to laws and procedures in place;
- Register new vehicles via SAAQclic and/or follow up on SAAQ registration of new or used vehicles if the company is not linked to SAAQclic;

Job requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager;
- Proven experience in managing specialized credit files;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Knowledge of Activix, RouteOne, Dealertrack and Merlin software (an asset);
- Ability to multi-task and present well.
