Parts Clerk

Excellence Auto Collision - Silver Star

Scarborough, ON 

We are looking for a Parts Clerk at our Excellence Silver Star location in Scarborough Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Order required parts from OEM and aftermarket vendors
  • Mirror match parts to ensure accuracy and parts are not damaged
  • Receive/return parts in a timely manner while maintaining proper records and accurately entering information into the management system
  • Ensure repair technicians have all required parts to complete repairs


Qualifications:
 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a parts department
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
