Job description

If you're a strong 310T who's tired of fixing the same issues in a busy shop and not having a say in how things are run, this is a different kind of role.

You won't be just another mechanic. You'll take full ownership of the fleet. No layers. No micromanaging. Just the autonomy to run things properly and keep the operation moving.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly impact uptime, safety, and day-to-day operations.

We use AI-assisted tools to help identify and match applicants to our open roles. This may include reviewing resumes and suggesting potential matches. All final hiring decisions are made by humans.

The Role

You will take the lead on all fleet maintenance and repairs across a mixed fleet of vacuum trucks, flushers, and pickups.

You'll manage maintenance schedules, troubleshoot issues, and keep equipment running efficiently, while mentoring one junior mechanic.

This is not a typical shop role. You are trusted to run the fleet.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a mixed fleet
  • Take ownership of preventative maintenance scheduling
  • Keep trucks operational and minimize downtime
