Mag (Wheel) Repair Technician

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Rechnician to join our team specializing in automotive wheel repair and refinishing.

The successful candidate will be involved in various stages of the repair process to restore wheels to excellent condition while meeting established quality and safety standards and production deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

- Inspect wheels to assess damage and determine the necessary repairs;
- Repair scratches, scuffs and surface imperfections;
- Perform sandblasting, sanding and surface preparation;
- Operate CNC equipment (an asset);
- Apply finishing products and perform paint touch-ups according to established procedures;
- Safely operate specialized tools, equipment and machinery;
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality before returning the wheels;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Follow established work procedures and meet production deadlines.

Ideal candidate:

- Hands-on, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in quality workmanship;
- Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude;
- Experience in wheel repair, auto body repair, automotive painting or surface preparation (an asset);
- Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and motivation.
