Parts Clerk

Are you customer-focused, organized and a team player? Groupe Motion is looking for a Parts Clerk to join its team in Longueuil!

Your main responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and respond to inquiries at the counter, by phone and by email;
- Identify the parts customers need and provide advice based on their requirements;
- Prepare quotes, process orders and follow up with customers;
- Check parts availability and place orders with suppliers;
- Assist with receiving, inspecting and organizing merchandise;
- Contribute to inventory management and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Ideal candidate:

- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities;
- Organized, reliable and detail-oriented;
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks;
- Comfortable using computer systems and tools;
- Team player with a willingness to learn;
- Experience in a similar position or knowledge of industrial parts is an asset.
