We're looking for a hands-on Service Manager who enjoys being at the counter, knows how to bring a team together and can organize daily operations with confidence, efficiency and a positive attitude.

A Great Job With Time to Enjoy Life:

- 37.5-hour workweek;
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with unpaid meal breaks;
- Summer schedule: Four-day workweek, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off;
- Three weeks of vacation starting upon hiring, with up to six weeks depending on experience and agreement;

Your Role:

Welcome and advise customers, assist with estimates and follow-ups, coordinate work with the mechanics and Service Advisor, and ensure the workshop delivers excellent service and strong results.

We want to give you the independence to make decisions and the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table.

Who We're Looking For:

You have experience in automotive mechanics, service operations or workshop management. You know how to explain things without putting pressure on customers, handle unexpected situations and support your team.

You understand that trust is built through both quality repairs and genuine conversations.
