Broker / OEM Representative for the Gatineau–Ottawa Area

As an Broker / OEM Representative for the Gatineau-Ottawa territory, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with auto body shops and dealerships in your assigned territory. You will represent Unipièce O.E.M. by promoting original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, supporting our partners and driving sales growth.

Main responsibilities:

- Conduct regular visits to auto body shops and dealerships throughout the region;
- Develop new business opportunities and prospect for new customers;
- Manage existing accounts and maintain excellent customer relationships;
- Present Unipièce O.E.M.'s programs and services;
- Assist customers in using the various platforms and tools available;
- Follow up on quotes, inquiries and sales opportunities;
- Collaborate with partner dealerships to provide fast and efficient service;
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs;
- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure thorough follow-up throughout your territory.

Ideal candidate:

- Experience in automotive parts, auto body repair or the automotive industry;
- Excellent business development and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Bilingual in French and English;
- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and computer tools is an asset.
