Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers;
- Prepare repair estimates;
- Complete damage assessments;
- Explain required repairs and recommend additional work;
- Provide appropriate and courteous follow-up with customers and insurance companies.

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s licence;
- Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, colleagues and insurance companies;
- Strong organizational skills, independence and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell is an asset;
- Intermediate-level English is an asset;
- Training in automotive damage estimating is an asset.
