Marketing Specialist (Term)

What We're Looking For

Triple E Canada Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

This is a generalist role for someone who likes doing the work. On any given week, you might be writing a story, building an email campaign, creating social content, updating a website, helping with a photo or video shoot, preparing advertising creative, or coordinating the details needed to get a campaign out the door.

You don't need to be the deepest specialist in every area of marketing. You do need to be resourceful, have good creative judgement, communicate clearly, and be comfortable jumping between different types of projects.

Reporting directly to our Marketing Manager, you'll work as part of a collaborative creative team supporting Triple E Canada Ltd. brands including Leisure Travel Vans and Lode King Industries. Leisure Travel Vans is a premium motorhome brand with a highly engaged community of owners and travellers, while Lode King is a leading manufacturer of commercial highway transport trailers.

What You'll Do

Create and Execute Marketing

 

• Help plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, digital advertising, print, and other channels
• Write and edit copy for websites, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, advertising, press releases, sales materials, and other communications
• Create and adapt visual content while working within established brand standards
• Help take projects from idea through execution rather than handing them off at the concept stage
• Support product launches, promotions, events, and other major marketing initiatives

Digital and Social

 

• Create, schedule, and publish content across our social channels
• Help manage our online communities and engage with owners, prospects, dealers, and other audiences
• Build and distribute email marketing campaigns
• Publish and maintain content on company websites and other digital platforms
• Assist with paid digital campaigns and monitor campaign performance
• Use analytics and performance data to identify opportunities and improve future work

Creative and Media

 

• Assist with photography and video projects, including planning, production, and content development
• Create or adapt graphics for digital, social, advertising, events, sales support, and other marketing needs
• Work with internal team members and outside partners to keep creative projects moving
• Maintain consistency across marketing materials and customer touchpoints

Support the Team

 

• Coordinate multiple projects and competing deadlines at the same time
• Partner with other internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Production, People & Culture) on marketing needs
• Research products, customers, competitors, and industry trends to spot new opportunities
• Pitch in wherever needed when priorities shift or something just needs to get done

What You Bring

 

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good visual judgement and attention to detail
• Experience creating marketing content across more than one channel or discipline
• Comfortable working with digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and web content
• Ability to organize your own work, manage deadlines, and move projects forward with limited direction
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and areas of marketing
• A practical, resourceful approach to solving problems
• An ability to balance quality with actually shipping the work
• A valid Class 5 driver's license

Experience in any of the following is an asset, but we don't expect one person to be an expert in all of them:

 

• Adobe Creative Cloud or other design tools
• Photography or video production and editing
• WordPress or other content management systems
• Paid social or search advertising
• Web and social analytics
• Email marketing platforms
• Print production
• Events or trade show marketing

A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field is welcome, but equivalent practical experience and a strong body of work are equally valuable.

The position is a term role based out of our office in Winkler, Manitoba. We're open to discussing remote opportunities. Compensation is based on experience.
