Quality Inspector, Level 1

Key Accountabilities

• Perform first off inspections, receiving inspections, and in process inspections

• Assist in product and LPA audits

• Utilize manual gauging and operate CMM as required

• Inspect incoming material per receiving inspection requirements

• Sorting of product based on visual aids

• Completion of necessary forms and paperwork

Minimum Requirements 

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent

• Previous experience with measuring equipment, such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges

• Knowledge of SPC and ability to read blueprints

• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Able to perform tasks independently under direct supervision. 

• Ability to work all rotating shifts

• Ability to work overtime as required

• Must be willing to learn
