Receptionist

Desjardins 440 Ford Lincoln Laval, a renowned dealership, is looking for a dynamic, organized and multitasking Receptionist to join our team. If you have excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and want to grow in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you!

Your responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome customers, direct them to the appropriate department and ensure an outstanding reception experience;
- Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and emails;
- Accurately update and manage inventory vehicle files;
- Add and maintain up-to-date customer information in our CRM to ensure personalized and effective follow-up;
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including document and database management.

Your profile:

- Friendly and dynamic personality;
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and organization;
- Comfortable using computer software and able to quickly learn new tools;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Independent, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others;
- Reception experience, ideally in the automotive industry, is an asset.

Schedule:

- Full-time or part-time position;
- Availability to work daytime and/or evening shifts;
- The dealership is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
