As an Expert Global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, you will be part of a global team working on standardization projects. In this role you will be jointly responsible for the global standards that mainly cover end-of-line testers, databases, interfaces and reporting. As part of the global AME department, you will be working together with the regional AME departments, global and regional IT, global Inalfa production sites and our supplier network.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are

 

• Support the end-users in the application of the standards
• Align planning for new project and migration projects with stakeholders
• Identify gaps between the released standards and the ask of the business
• Translate the identified gaps and improvement proposals into requirements
• Participate in the design process with the core team
• Prepare work packages for the engineering team and manage the development of the design
• Release management of the standard

What Do We Expect From You:

 

• You have a relevant degree on BA level, preferably MsC
• Strong sense of ownership and drive for results
• You are willing to develop yourself and learn new technologies
• Able to travel international if required
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changes quickly
• You are an organized and professional demeanor with demonstrated leadership ability
• You are able to think broadly and build relationships at different levels
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills in English, Dutch and German would be a plus

Salary RangeSlovakia: 2.806,00 - 4.008,00 - 5.211,00 EUR Monthly
