Leader Technician - Small Injection (Day Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
• Meet hourly production quotas.
• Document daily production.
• Operate all injection machines and assembly stations.
• Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
• Ability to train FTMs.
• Understand and follow the Kanban system.
• Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.

Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred -or-successful completion of an aptitude test
• You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.

Straight Shift Timing on Day Shift (6:00 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
