Parts Manager

WE’RE HIRING – PARTS MANAGER.

Loiselle Sports Gatineau is looking for an experienced individual to lead its parts department.

We are looking for an independent, versatile, organized and customer-focused manager who can motivate the team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Main responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the parts department team;
- Manage schedules, vacations and absences;
- Monitor and control inventory;
- Place and oversee parts orders;
- Optimize the organization and efficiency of the department;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Work closely with the Sales and Service Departments;
- Be versatile and able to support the team when needed;
- Actively contribute to achieving department objectives.

Profile we’re looking for:

Experience in management and/or the parts industry, strong leadership skills, independence, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
