Work location: 2824 Einstein Street, Québec, QC G1X 4B3
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight, Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Penske’s Customer Service Representative welcomes customers upon arrival while performing basic duties. These include inspecting the fuel station, fuelling and washing vehicles, picking up and delivering vehicles and parts, maintaining the facility, replacing tires, performing daily checks on short-term rental vehicles leaving and returning to the location, pricing and stocking parts, as well as completing other duties and projects assigned by the Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:
- Activate fuel pumps and fill vehicles with gasoline or diesel according to required levels;
- Check vehicle tire pressure and fuel, engine oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze and other fluid levels; adjust tire pressure and fluid levels as required;
- Clean windshields and wash vehicles;
- Perform minor repairs such as installing tires already mounted on rims and changing engine oil and oil filters;
- Prepare daily reports regarding sales of fuel, oil and other products and accessories;
- Order merchandise, price it and place it in designated areas upon arrival;
- Rotate or replace tires;
- Provide customers with information about local roads and highways;
- Clean parking areas, offices, washrooms and equipment, and dispose of garbage;
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Supervisor.
Basic qualifications required:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred;
- Basic mechanical skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence; Class 3 licence preferred. However, you must be able to obtain a Class 3 licence within 6 months of being hired;
- Willingness to work in environments where the temperature is not controlled;
- Basic computer skills preferred for entering data into computerized maintenance systems;
- Regular, predictable and full attendance is an essential function of the position;
- Willingness to travel within the district (immediate geographic area), work the required schedule and at the required location, complete Penske’s employment application and undergo a reference check, including previous employment and education.

- The physical requirements described in this document are necessary for an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions;
- The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 12 kg / 25 lb, frequently lift and/or move up to 23 kg / 51 lb, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 kg / 100 lb;
- This position requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus;
- While performing the duties of this position, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk and listen. The associate must also frequently use their hands and arms to touch, handle, manipulate and reach.
