Who and where is ICI Pneu Lachine?
We are situated in Vieux Lachine, close to the water in a bright upscale neighborhood. We are not in an industrial park.
We are a small garage with 4 bays, Lifts and 3 open areas. We have between 5 and 8 people on our team depending on the time of year.
We are busy with tires for 5 weeks in the fall and spring and there is premium pay during those 2 periods.
Founded As Jon Nichols Enterprises in 1985 ICI Pneu Lachine is part of the Touchette Groupe as a franchise with over 500 stores in Canada
under various banners.

Main responsibilities:
- Perform work procedures as indicated on repair orders efficiently and accurately, according to the highest manufacturer standards;
- Perform repairs on vehicles, servicing and seasonal tire changing;
- Work with other team members to achieve complete customer satisfaction;
- Maintain close communication with the service consultants when additional procedures are required or when repairs cannot be completed within the prescribed timeframe;
- Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed;
- Conduct road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- One year (or more) of experience as a Mechanic or 2-3rd year Apprentice;
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Valid competency card issued by the Joint Automotive Committee.
