About the Position:

We are currently looking for a recreational vehicle Service Advisor to join the dynamic team in our service department. The ideal candidate is professional, results-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities—as part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

- Managing service appointments.
- Identify and analyze customer needs.
- Coordinate technicians’ work schedules and prioritize cases.
- Advise customers and recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
- Promote and sell the various services offered.
- Open and close repair orders.
- Follow up with customers on the progress of work.
- Process warranty claims and insurance cases.

- Perform various administrative tasks related to customer service.

- Ensure a high level of post-sale satisfaction.



Desired Qualifications:



- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position (required).

- Solid knowledge of basic mechanical principles.
- Experience with recreational vehicles—motorcycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles (a plus).
- Training in technical consulting (a plus).
- Professionalism, energy, and a strong commitment to customer service.
