Financial & Insurance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities :

- Present and sell products and warranty options;
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through their decisions;
- Clearly explain the value and benefits of the various options available;
- Negotiate and identify solutions that benefit both the customer and dealership;
- Ensure financial and administrative documents are prepared accurately;
- Gather relevant information by asking the right questions;
- Clearly communicate all necessary information to those involved in each transaction;
- Work closely with the accounting and delivery departments.

Qualifications:

- Experience in an automotive Financial & Insurance Manager or Business Manager role;
- Strong sales and customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers;
- Strong negociation and business skills;
- Detail-oriented and thorough when preparing and managing files;
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
