Driver - Valet

We are looking for an experienced Driver / Valet to join our Land Rover Brossard team. You will contribute to providing a premium and seamless customer experience with our vehicles.

Key responsibilities:

- Greet and direct customers courteously, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles carefully and professionally; transport vehicles for test drives and between dealership areas.
- Quickly check the condition of vehicles before departure and upon return (cleanliness, visual appearance, minor issues), and report any observations to the relevant department.
- Maintain clean and organized parking and waiting areas; ensure vehicles are presented in a polished manner at all times. - Assist customers with loading/unloading light items and deploying equipment related to the shopping or service experience.
- Work collaboratively with the Service and Sales teams to ensure a consistent and safe customer experience.
- Strictly adhere to Land Rover's security, confidentiality, and branding standards.

Required qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (driver, valet, customer service), ideally in the automotive sector.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; strong sense of road safety and traffic regulations.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills; ability to communicate clearly in French and, ideally, in English.
- Availability to work weekday shifts. Flexibility to meet the dealership's operational needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (handling luggage or equipment).
- Team spirit, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail; ability to adapt quickly to a premium environment.
- Basic knowledge of quick maintenance and vehicle inspection will be an asset.
