Job description
As an Automotive Technician at Blainville Ford, you will play a key role within our after-sales service department. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while following manufacturer standards. You will work in a modern shop equipped with the latest tools and equipment, as part of a dynamic team that values quality workmanship and professional development.
Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical inspections and diagnostics.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
• Perform road tests when required.
• Follow Ford’s quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members.
Required Profile
• DEP in Automotive Mechanics (or currently in progress).
• Apprentice or journeyman certification (an asset).
• Experience in automotive mechanics.
• Experience working with Ford vehicles (an asset, but not required).
• Team player, autonomous, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license.
