Body Shop Manager

Our well-established dealership in the Greater Montreal area is seeking a Body Shop Manager to oversee and coordinate its collision repair files and operations.

We are looking for an experienced professionnal with a background in a similar position, ideally within an automotive dealership. The sucessful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, autonomous and committed to providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Key Responsabilites :

    • Manage and coordinate collision repair files;
    • Monitor repairs, timelines and the quality of the work performed;
    • Communicate with customers, insurance companies, suppliers and subcontractors;
    • Work closely with the organization's various department;
    • Complete the administrative follow-ups required to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Candidate Profile :

    • Relevant experience in the automotive collision repair industry, ideally in a management or coordination role;
    • Strong knowledge of insurance claims and collision repair processes;
    • Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills;
    • Strong leadership, autonomy, attention to detail and professionalism;
    • Valid driver's licence.
