Corporate Trainer - Automotive Finance & Dealership Operations

Are you passionate about turning complex financial and operational concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Trainer to deliver a focused, high-impact training experience for professionals in the automotive retail sector.
As the trainer, you will guide participants through core financial and operational concepts that support stronger decision-making, improved profitability, and enhanced dealership performance.
What's On Your Horizon
Delivery Mode: In-Person
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Instructional Hours: 8 total (one full-day session)
Schedule: Late October / Early November 2026
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Management, Retail Operations, Retail KPIs, and Dealer Operations.
- Teach participants how to interpret dealership financial performance and apply key operational metrics.
- Customize materials using dealership-specific examples, industry benchmarks, and case studies.
- Facilitate engaging discussions and practical learning activities.
- Support participant learning through real-world automotive retail examples.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in automotive retail and dealership operations.
- Direct dealership experience required.
- Postsecondary education in Business, Automotive Management, Retail Management, Finance, or related discipline.
- CPA designation preferred; training or coaching certifications are assets.
- Experience facilitating corporate training or adult learning programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and instructional technology.

Pay Range: Dependent on experience
For all Academic/Faculty positions, the compensation step will be determined based on receiving and verifying relevant formal education through official transcripts and relevant work experience, in accordance with the salary placement calculation. For professor positions, we require copies of official transcripts directly from the issuing institution or credential evaluation from World Education Services (WES) or International Credential Assessment Service (ICAS). However, we recommend that candidates gather any supporting documentation (e.g., unofficial transcripts, scan of credentials) in advance to support their applications in the event that they are successful in the hiring process.
