Groupe Dion is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, customer service, and collaboration with the service department.
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with strong automotive parts knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization of the parts department, including inventory control, stocking, ordering, and returns;
- Assist and advise customers on automotive parts and accessories, both in person and over the phone;
- Work closely with the service team to ensure the timely availability of parts required for repairs;
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment;
- Contribute to the department's productivity and the quality of customer service.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing an automotive parts department or in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories;
- Ability to advise customers and support the technical team;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities;
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset).
