Job description
Your mission:
As a Service Advisor, you play a key role between our customers and the service shop.
You are responsible for understanding, organizing, and coordinating customer requests to ensure repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently.
You analyze customers' needs, even when symptoms are vague, and translate the information gathered into clear, actionable details for the service team.
Your work contributes directly to the smooth flow of operations, the quality of repairs, and the overall customer experience.
At the heart of your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Needs analysis and assessment:
- Gather and analyze the information provided by customers to fully understand their concerns;
- Ask the right questions to clarify the situation and properly structure the request;
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable information for the service shop.
- Planning and coordination:
- Schedule service appointments based on priorities and shop capacity;
- Provide the service department with clear, organized information to ensure work is assigned accurately and efficiently;
- Act as the liaison between customers, the service shop, and internal teams.
- Customer service and follow-up:
- Keep customers informed throughout every stage of the process and professionally manage expectations;
- Ensure thorough follow-up throughout the maintenance or repair process;
- Deliver a simple, personalized, and high-quality customer experience.

What you bring:
- One to three years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar after-sales service role;
- Experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, recreational vehicle (RV), or agricultural industry is considered an asset;
- A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) as a Service Advisor or equivalent relevant experience;
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to use our systems and complete training related to our partnership with Daimler.
