Your mission:
Become a trusted business partner for our valued customers by promoting and selling our products and services, providing solutions tailored to their passenger tire needs.
You are:
- A skilled negotiator who listens carefully to customer requests and needs to create win-win solutions;
- Committed to building lasting relationships, you know how to create "wow" customer experiences that make you the go-to resource for their current and future needs;
- A strong communicator who can easily explain technical information and provide sound advice to both existing and prospective customers;
- Dedicated and available, with frequent travel being no issue for you;
- Autonomous and driven by challenges, while maintaining a strong team spirit.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers and develop sales and business relationships within your assigned territory through field visits, telephone calls, and online communications;
- Manage relationships with existing customers and provide outstanding after-sales service;
- Present new products and promotions while recommending the best options based on the customer's vehicle type, budget, driving conditions, and performance requirements;
- Train and educate customers on our products and services;
- Participate in planning territory growth strategies, analyze market trends, and implement sales strategies within your territory;
- Handle customer complaints and propose appropriate solutions.

Your background:
- Knowledge of the Costar software (an asset);
- Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of the tire industry;
- One year or more of experience in a related position.
