Estimator

We are currently seeking a full-time Automotive Damage Estimator.

Core competencies:

- Relevant experience in the automotive industry;
- Professional customer service skills;
- Ability to read and interpret damage estimates and repair cost reports;
- Determine and plan the required repairs;
- Communicate with insurance companies and follow up appropriately with various suppliers;
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Prepare repair estimates;
- Order parts;
- Collaborate with the customer experience team to ensure exceptional follow-up and customer service;
- Monitor vehicle production in collaboration with Production Managers to ensure on-time delivery;
- Complete file closing procedures.

Requirements:

- Experience and proficiency with estimating systems (Mitchell and Audatex);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to interact with people professionally at all times.
