Assistant Controller

Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the controller and the team of accounting clerks;
    • Record sales transactions for new, used, and wholesale vehicles, as well as trade-ins;
    • Track payments;
    • Calculate commissions to be paid to sales representatives;
    • Process monthly rebates;
    • Monitor various accounting schedules;
    • Provide support to the controller in various accounting and administrative tasks.

Job requirements:

    • Experience in automotive accounting;
    • Ability to adapt well;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, particularly at the end of the month;
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently;
    • Knowledge of SERTI software (a plus).
