What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer and shop specifications
- Performing all aspects of vehicle maintenance, mechanical repair, and technical service
- Advising customers clearly on work completed, vehicle conditions, and recommended future services
- Completing all warranty work in full compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
- Supporting fellow technicians on complex or technical repair activities
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician licence - required, no exceptions
- Valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency across a full range of vehicle systems and repair categories
- Full personal complement of required automotive tools
- Strong time management and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A team-first attitude with a genuine commitment to quality
- Customer communication skills - you can explain technical work in plain language
- High attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
- $40.00 per flat rate hour
- $3,000 signing bonus for fully licensed technicians - $4,000 for Toyota/Lexus Master Technicians
