We are looking for a qualified Red Seal Automotive Mechanic to join our team based out of Labrador City, NL.

Job Summary:

Grey Rock Services is currently seeking Automotive Mechanics for our operations in Labrador City, NL.

The position schedule will be 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Flights and accommodations will be provided for employees living outside of the region. 

Requirements/Duties;
 

• Red seal Automotive Mechanic trade
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of light vehicle and automotive systems
• Inspect brake systems, wheel bearings, steering components and other engine parts, and perform repairs as required
• Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
• Previous experience with diagnostics with any software
• Previous experience with Ford is an asset .
• Help prevent breakdowns by checking, cleaning, and oiling machine parts regularly
• Be aware of surroundings at all times
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
• Ensure safety of fellow employees
