Honda Deragon, located in Cowansville, is a dealership recognized for the quality of its service and its customer-focused approach. Our team stands out for its professionalism, attentiveness, and personalized service.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our operations, we are seeking a meticulous, organized, and customer-service-oriented Service Advisor.
Your role:
As a Service Advisor, you serve as a key point of contact between customers and the service shop. You are responsible for greeting customers, clearly identifying their needs, and coordinating the work to be performed with the technical team.
You ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent customer experience while keeping workshop operations running smoothly. You also play a vital role in service quality by rigorously tracking cases and clearly communicating recommendations and the work to be performed.
Key responsibilities:
• Greet customers at the counter and answer the phone courteously;
• Prepare detailed estimates for work and clearly explain proposed repairs;
• Open, manage, and close work orders;
• Distribute work orders to technicians and closely monitor repairs;
• Schedule and confirm appointments for maintenance and repairs;
• Handle billing and close out customer files;
• Participate in the sale of complementary products and services (tires, accessories, maintenance plans);
• Maintain exceptional customer service at all times and proudly represent the image of Honda Deragon.
Desired profile:
• Significant experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or related experience in after-sales service;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail;
• Proficiency with computer tools and workshop management systems;
• Professional attitude, team spirit, and natural interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate level in Word and Excel);
• Proficiency in spoken and written French and English at an intermediate level.
