YOUR MISSION:

    • Assist the Parts Manager with the day-to-day management of the department;
    • Advise customers, technicians, and sales representatives;
    • Participate in inventory and order management;
    • Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone;
    • Search for parts and accessories as needed;
    • Ensure the smooth running of department operations;
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service;
    • Contribute to achieving departmental goals;
    • Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.

YOUR PROFILE:

    • Possess good knowledge of automotive parts and mechanics;
    • Experience in a parts department (a significant asset);
    • Positive leadership and team spirit;
    • Interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Professionalism and diligence;
    • Good priority management and stress management;
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
    • Comfortable with customer service;
    • Knowledge of computer systems related to the parts department (a plus).
