Accountant (Controller)

The Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing all accounting activities with the assistance of two assistants. He or she ensures the integrity of financial data, adherence to deadlines, and the optimization of administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire accounting cycle (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and the recording of sales and service transactions);
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and ensure data accuracy;
- Manage government remittances (GST/QST, DAS, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and the manufacturer’s requirements;
- Mentor and manage the administrative team.

Qualifications:

- Excellent command of the entire accounting cycle;
- Strong understanding of financial statements;
- Attention to detail, independence, and organizational skills;
- Ability to learn new software.
