Busy and friendly automotive repair shop in Toronto is looking for a reliable and organized Front Desk Support person to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Assisting with paperwork and payment processing
- Scheduling appointments
- Basic computer data entry
- Supporting daily front counter operations
- Maintaining a professional and friendly customer experience

Some automotive experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Professional and customer-focused
- Intermediate computer skills
- Reliable and able to work with integrity in a team environment
- Calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Willing to learn. 

The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, able to stay organized while handling multiple tasks, and willing to learn new systems and processes.

Full-time or part-time available depending on experience. 

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
