As a CRM Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the auto group's CRM and marketing automation platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who likes working in systems, fixing data issues, and building simple automations. 

This position is being held strictly on-site at our regional head office located at 5500 Dixie Road, Mississauga, L4W 4N3. 

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $75,000 

Responsibilities: 

CRM Maintenance & Data 

- Data Entry & Cleanup: Merge duplicates, update records, fix formatting errors, and ensure lead routing rules work correctly. 

- User Support: Handle basic CRM support requests from sales, BDC, and service teams. Reset passwords, adjust user permissions, update templates. 

- List Building: Pull segmented lists for campaigns based on vehicle interest, service history, and lifecycle stage. 

Automation & Campaign Execution 

- Build Simple Workflows: Set up and monitor email/SMS sequences for lead follow-up, service reminders, and event invites using existing templates. 

- Template Updates: Update email and SMS templates with new offers, images, and merge fields. No design work required. 

- QA & Scheduling: Test automations, check links, and schedule campaigns. 

Training & Audit 

- Sales Rep Training: Onboard new sales reps and BDC agents on CRM basics - logging activities, updating lead status, using follow-up tasks, and accessing call/email history. 

- Process Coaching: Run 1:1 or small group sessions to reinforce CRM process compliance and show reps how to use the system to close more deals. 

- Create Training Materials: Maintain short guides, Loom videos, and cheat sheets for common CRM workflows. 

- Audit Usage: Monitor CRM activity logs and flag gaps in usage to the Sales Manager. You train and report, they handle performance. 

Reporting & Documentation 

- Run Reports: Pull standard daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead volume, campaign performance, and appointment show rates. 

- Document Processes: Keep simple SOPs for how workflows and reports are built. 

- Flag Issues: Escalate data sync errors, broken automations, and integration failures to the CRM Lead. 

Qualifications: 

- 1-3 years in CRM, marketing ops, or admin role. 

- Comfortable working inside CRM dashboards, building filters, and exporting data to Excel/Sheets. 

- Basic understanding of email/SMS marketing and automation concepts. 

- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive data tasks.
