The Wood Automotive Group has an opportunity for a Fleet and Lease Administrator to join our Fleet team at Woodridge Ford Lincoln! This is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave for 12 months.
Reporting to the Sales Fleet Manager, the Fleet and Lease Administrator will be well versed in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Process bills of sales, prepare leases, register and discharge liens
- Answer calls/emails in a pleasant and timely manner
- Keep factory orders organized and up-to-date via INFORD
- Process consignment agreements for our US builds
- Request CARPROOFS (used vehicles)
- Communicate with Inventory Specialist for updates on factory orders
- Ensure Tricor Terminations are followed-up
- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and respect for confidentiality
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role
