We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative that carries our Values, and is committed to an outstanding customer experience.

Position Profile:

Reporting to the Team Lead, the CSR will be a self starter with a strong work ethic and a "Can do" attitude.

This position will act as the first point of contact for customers, assuring their experience with Waterdown Collision is as easy and stress free as possible.

The role will require that the individual maintain a system to keep multiple responsibilities and duties on track.

This is a multi-faceted role with a variety of duties including, but not limited to, answering phones promptly, efficiently, and with the highest level of courtesy. Covering the reception desk, scheduling appointments and booking vehicle repairs, arranging and communicating rental cars and shuttle services, basic administration, maintaining client files, data entry, receiving payments and reviewing invoices with the customer.

The ability to work collaboratively as a team and sharing insights and issues with the Team Lead is essential.

Requirements
 

  • Intermediate to senior experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred (e.g. Auto Collision, Auto Dealership or Auto Service.)
  • Proven aptitude for working with numbers and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible and Adaptable, with the Ability to manage multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of working effectively as a team member or independently with minimal supervision
  • Computer proficiency - Google Suite and capable and willing to learn new programs as required
  • Experience with industry related software is an asset (Mitchell Repair Centre, Bodyshop Connect, Mitchell Cloud, Audatex)
  • Ability to work 1 - 2 Saturdays per month; 7am - 12pm

  • Competitive salary of $50,000-$65,000/year based on experience
